My ongoing, weekly yoga classes, offered under the name “Restorative Yoga,” emphasize and cultivate resilience, energy, harmony, and clarity. There’s a place in the world for Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, and Yoga for Fitness. That place just isn’t with me.
I offer classes three times a week: Online classes at 8 am on Tuesdays and Sundays, and in-person classes at 8:30 am Thursdays at the Estuary Center, in Hull. Classes include Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Restorative, Yin, Chair, and other goodies. I send a weekly email update to students about upcoming options. Click here to receive those notifications.

What is Yoga Therapy? Yoga Therapy uses functional movement to reduce pain and imbalance in people’s bodies and lives. Through Movement, Breath, and Stillness, students cultivate deep self-awareness that leads them to become their own best healers, and learn the possibilities that arise as pain diminishes.
If you are experiencing chronic or persistent discomfort, are dissatisfied with a sense of physical limitations, or have been told to “accept” an unwanted condition, Yoga Therapy may be a great option for you. People who are most successful with YT are smart, inquisitive, hard working, and truly believe that they can find better balance in their lives.
I work with no more than 5 people at any time, and accept new clients on a rolling basis over a self-paced 12-week program.
This is an opportunity to experience the benefits of therapeutic yoga in a customized, tiny group setting. Throughout each program, we will explore functional movement as a means of reducing pain and establishing new, healthful movement patterns.
These classes are suitable for people without any yoga experience, as well as those with a regular practice. Comfort in a group class, and access to basic yoga props, are the only pre-requisites.

PRIVATE+ SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES
Individuals or groups of up to four people may practice together in a highly personalized class. If you would benefit from more personalized instruction, don’t love big groups (on Zoom or in person), or are interested in up-leveling your regular practice, this might be an ideal option for you.
